Cleaning & Maintenance

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

Both the cushions and mattresses have zip-off covers, allowing for easy washing at low temperatures. For best results, wash the fabric at a maximum of 30°C using mild or extra gentle soap. It's recommended to turn the fabric inside out before washing.

NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR:

Wrinkles in the cover are a natural consequence of the use of your furniture. This can be remedied by washing/cleaning the fabric.

FADING:

Even the most color strong fabric will fade if exposed to sunlight daily. If the sofa is exposed to a lot of light, we can therefore recommend switching the cushions at regular intervals.

YOUR FLOOR:

We do not cover damaged floor caused by furniture. It is therefore important to protect your furniture with felt or similar.

Item is made to order and pre-assembled.

This item takes 5-8 weeks after order confirmation then ships with a trusted delivery partner.

We would require at least 50% down payment to secure your item in advance. Please take note that the 50% down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be revoked once the pre-order has been confirmed. The remaining balance can be settled once the items are ready for shipping.

Once acknowledged, settle your payment and send us a proof of payment. We will send a pre-order confirmation message together with our delivery guidelines.
