Shipping policy
• General Information: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
• Pre-Order Products: Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock. Expected shipping dates for pre-order items are indicated on the product page. If your order includes both on-hand and pre-order items, you may opt to receive them in separate shipments or as a single shipment when all items are available.
• On-Hand Products: Items that are on-hand will ship within the processing time mentioned above. Availability of these items is listed on their respective product pages.
• Delivery Location: Products are only shipped to addresses within the Philippines. We do not ship internationally at this time.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after checkout. Rates vary based on the selected shipping method, the weight of the items, and the delivery destination.
